Chicago Multi Family wholesaling

I've been following Chicago for a few months and

see a lot of areas that  are very active, I am taking

a trip there to explore multi family deals through

brokers, ideally I want to find off market and

reo's so that I can  break into wholesaling

any advice?

Chicago is a city of neighborhoods, and each has it's own very specific characteristics.  So spend some time getting to know them.  Also be aware that parts of the city have good blocks and bad blocks and the difference between the two can be staggering.
