How late is to late to cold call sellers to find motivated sellers? I figured about 9-10pm was a good cut off point, but maybe I'm just that motivated.

@Victor Maxey Hello Victor, we stop cold calling at 8 pm and we start calling at 8 am. We haven't had any complaints since we switched to this schedule. We used to cold call after 8 pm, and a lot of people were not pleased.
