Wholesaling Tips for Utah

@Jake Catmull we wholesale in Utah, it is a competitive market, but most markets are. General tips are if you have the funds pick a source for marketing and stay consistent with it. If you are short on funds go driving for dollars, knock on doors, work for other rehabbers or wholesalers. Answer you phone live and go on all appointments
