I’m a new wholesaler here in Utah and was wondering what the general cost of repairs on a property tend to be so that I can accurately estimate what my asking price should be. Any other help would be appreciated.
I’m new to Wholesaling and was just wondering if there are any general tips or things that others have had success with. Thanks!
