California Wholesalers Advise Needed

Any California wholesaler,who can mentor or even give advise on wholesaling in California,has anybody try and made deals with trustee sales auctions or tax delinquents auctions?,I've done research and I'm getting new listing every other day but I don't know what else to do(aside from contacting owner or mailing direct).Is there a potential in dealing with this situations for find something else..any advise will be appreciated ..
