Wholesale newbie needing advice

Good afternoon,

             I'm currently interested in pursuing a career in real estate in the south carolina/north carolina areas, specifically wholesaling.  One of the issues I'm having is locating a great source with motivated sellers.  I'm very interested in getting this business off the ground and any suggestions/info would be immensely helpful.
