@Frank Patalano I want to listen to as many podcasts as i can on REI my credit score is poor and I will not be able to get a loan to buy property. I want to try wholesaling but i think having a mentor would benefit me to walk me through the process and legalities in my state.

So I was looking on sites like Realtor and Zillow, I found a good duplex property for a reasonable amount (100k) Could I ask for a loan then decide to sell it for more? Or would it be better to find a property “for sale by owner”

@Mike Curry I'm new also so I'm following. Reading other post they are advising people like us to do FHA financing on a duplex and earn a few hundred bucks a month until we get the hang of it.
