@Jaz Reed I've attempted that on craigslist and it ends up being another wholesaler,which isn't bad for networking but I'm trying to find deals. Are there any other websites you would suggest?

Good afternoon,

             I'm currently interested in pursuing a career in real estate in the south carolina/north carolina areas, specifically wholesaling.  One of the issues I'm having is locating a great source with motivated sellers.  I'm very interested in getting this business off the ground and any suggestions/info would be immensely helpful.
