So they say know your market and I’m finding trouble understanding my market in this huge state of New Jersey.

Anyone familiar with this state and is it a great market for wholesaling or real estate in general ?

@Jonathan Rivera -- NJ is not my primary market but in the past 12 months I have bought and re-sold 6 properties in NJ (two in north NJ and four in south NJ). There was plenty of demand from buyers. All the houses I bought were from REO auctions.
