Wholesaling in Dallas/Ft worth area?

Hi I wanted to know is wholesaling in the DFW area a good idea I been reading about wholesaling and I would like to start this up so I can quit this 9-5 job I have haha.

Yeah, read most of what's written on this wholesaling forum.  I'm not being flippant. There is more quality content here than in any book I know of. Ask specific questions or use the search engine to find answers.  You could partner with an experienced wholesaler but get educated to make sure you can bring value.

Yes, the  DFW market has opportunities for wholesalers and just about everything else in real estate investing. Well, not oceanfront or mountain properties.  The  Metroplex is growing at more than 150,000 people per year. This creates opportunity almost everywhere in the region.

Still, going from nothing to being able to quit your job typically takes substantial time and work.  BiggerPockets is a great place to start.
