I live in Austin Texas and looking to start bird doggin and learn the ins and out of it and learn how to wholesale when I hit 18

@Reagan George bird dogging would just be finding motivated sellers. You could find houses that look in disrepair and offer to write letters for wholesalers or Realtors.

@Reagan George - I've seen people like yourself find success bird dogging near where they live. Easier intro into the conversation, and word of mouth eventually compounds into you being the go to in the neighborhood to sell houses. Hope this helps
