Looks like no one hopped on this thread so I figured I'd answer. I know a lot of people who are in the wholesaling industry and what we are seeing is that texting won't be a viable marketing method for long at all. Company's and Regulators are cracking down on how texting can be used, and soon it will basically be illegal or too expensive to stay in compliance. If you're already using it, keep using it while it works, if you have never done text campaigns before though I wouldn't waste the time.
