I recommend typing Rent To Retirement into the search bar in the forums. RTR is the most reviewed company on the BP website for over a decade now with thousands of reviews from investors. My biggest recommendation to you is to find a team and market that meets your goals and who you feel comfortable working with. Interview multiple teams, and I recommend sticking to teams that have been in business for a minimum of 5 years and have many public reviews. There are a lot of "turnkey" teams that come and go in a few years that don't stay in business for a reason.
