I'm based in NJ and would like to buy a Short Term Rental property in Kissimmee FL. I'm doing Airbnb. Heard it can help with my tax and also with some rental income. Any tips？ If you know someone's selling, please also let me know.

 Yes. Don't do it unless you want to get killed right now. Too much inventory chasing too few visitors which is driving down returns for everyone. I have premier host status, 9.8 feedback ratings, a great house at a reasonable price and this year has shaped up to be another bust like 2024. Last year started to look like a turnaround at the beginning of the year up until early summer, but it fell off a cliff after the beginning of August.
