investing in real estate as a visa holder

Hey everyone, Does anyone know a good real estate lawyer who works with non-US citizens? I'm closing on my first turnkey rental property soon and would like to explore BRRRR, partnerships, setting up an LLC and getting BLOC for my next deal. However, my H1B visa defines that I can only perform "active work" for my W-2 and real estate needs to be "passive" in immigrations's point of view. I'd like to connect with any lawyer you guys know who has experience with this and discuss my strategy. Thanks!
