Developing SDIRA Horror Story - Need Advice

I'm posting in this category due to the horror story that I'm currently experiencing. I'm hoping for expert advice regarding my Self Directed IRA investment, mainly due to my SDIRA consultant having retired, leaving me with no idea where to turn. I'd really appreciate some input from one of you that would be willing to hear this sordid tale.

By consultant, do you mean custodian? Is this a checkbook IRA or no? Either way, I agree with @Mike Kirby, call your custodian especially if it's an issue with the IRA itself. If you have a checkbook IRA, and your issue is with a specific investment, they may point you back to whoever set up the LLC/Trust to begin with if it's not the same company.
