I'm a licensed real estate agent with a flat listing fee of $3000. Unlike what most other agents will tell you about discount agents, I'm actually good at my job. I work with flippers, wholesalers, and landlords buying and selling mostly single-family homes. I help evaluate what to buy, ARV, budgeting, expense tracking, what adds value, and what does not. I help you fix things instead of replacing them. I visit all my clients' flips at least weekly to make sure they stay on track and don't overspend. I'm very patient and not opposed to talking to any new investors.

Zierry “Zie” Tagbas was born and raised in the island of Mindanao, Philippines. She moved to the town of Davenport, WA with her family when she was 13 years old. After high school, she attended Whitworth and Gonzaga University to study accounting and business. During this time, she joined the US Army WA National Guard and was trained as a logistics specialist. She then took a position with the WA State Employment Security Department helping unemployed workers get their benefits. Zierry has always been dreaming of owning real estate since she was a little girl. She took a leap and bought a duplex – where she stayed on one side of the property and performed most of the renovations. Her dedication to service and entrepreneurial spirit led her to a career in real estate.
