Florida Tax Deed Sales are #2 in my book, Here’s Why!

Hello Family,

I’m so glad that many of you have taken me up on the great offer on my tax lien foreclosure goldmine course.  It has to be the absolute best bargain in the industry.  If you are interested in buying properties at 10-30 cents on the dollar, you have to pick up my course before the price goes up.  I’m not kidding!  It will be going up as soon as I get the ok from clickbank.

Now, back to the topic at hand!  Let me tell you why Florida tax deeds are #2 in the country in my book.  First of all,  Florida has more liens being posted than any other state in the country.  You do know that there are over 16,000,000 liens out here right?  (Can you say opportuntity?)  I’m letting the other guys chase the mortgage foreclosures.

Florida is also a HUGE tourist attraction, and the #1 place to go for people who are retiring.  I just left Cape Coral last week, and I can’t wait to  get back now.   It just seems to be so much unwanted land there also.  Ok, let’s get to the goods.

I love Florida because they have auctions every single week. (that’s right)  So I used to just go to a different county every day to bid on properties, and build my buyers list.

I’ll talk about the golden list in another blog posting.  It seems like so many out of state owners have properties there that they no longer want.  This makes things so much easier when it comes to negotiating.

Lastly, 85% of the properties that I target don’t have mortgages on them.  The other 10% will have the mortgage wiped out once it goes through the tax sale.  Do you see why I say Florida is my #2 state?

Florida is so laid back.

Don’t you just love the sun?

It also doesn’t hurt that their is NO state tax there either.  I can go on and on about why I love Florida, but at the end of the day, it makes sense. (And dollars too!)

Well that’s the end of my rambling today.  Come back by tomorrow as I tell you about my #1 state for tax deeds.  You are going to love this. I hope you picked up at least one gem from this post.

Until next time,

Keep God 1st, Invest in People

  1. "First of all, Florida has more liens being posted than any other state in the country. You do know that there are over 16,000,000 liens out here right? " I find that hard to believe. Their are only 19,400,000 people in Florida. Are you saying there is almost 1 tax lien for every person in the state?
