Managing the Stress of Owning Rental Property

I thought owning a rental home was like mailbox money.

Someone would rent the home and send me a check like clockwork every month.

At least that is what the gurus make you think.

I met with an investor yesterday I met on BP.  We actually were discussing this very subject, so I thought it was ironic that Spencer decided to do a video on it recently.

Whether you own 1 or 1000 rental homes, this is a business.  Even if you own 1, it feels like something is always going on with it.

In a day and time where the last thing we need is more stress, what can we do to build wealth with rental homes, relatively stress-free?

I think Spencer does an awesome job of covering it here.
