Are Michigan Real Estate Investors Color Blind

At a recent rehab project it dawned on me that almost every listed home I look at is missing something.  Now I’m not talking about foreclosures, wholesales, or prospective rentals; I’m strictly talking about rehabbed homes that investors like you and I are selling.  Well what’s missing in 90% of these homes is COLOR.  Yes, it’s really that simple.  All we need to do as remodelers – rehabbers is either learn how to use colors or hire someone who knows how – and to actually listen to them.  A very close real estate investor fried of mine let’s his home stagers give suggestions and ultimately help him pick out his colors.  In the short 2 minute video below I’ll dive a bit into color choices for your rehab projects.

At practically every REIA of Macomb live event there are at least 2 or 3 home stagers who are offering their services.  So what are you waiting for?  We want to see you at a REIA of Macomb event very soon so you can start adding some COLOR into your life.

(oops, we mean houses life )
