10X Growth Conference 3 Experience

Let me start by saying that 10X Growth Conference 3 was totally worth the money!

Jo and I put up some Youtube videos (The Jas & Jo show) of our experience while we were there. We talked about who our favorite speakers were and why. Overall, we both came to the agreement that Steve Harvey was the favorite speaker of almost everyone we talked to. He just came through with all the inspo you’d need for the next couple of weeks. Someone that I’ve been following closely after the conference is Sara Blakely. She just seems like such a bright and fun person, and she’s a BIILLIONAIRE #goals!!!

Our biggest takeaway was that you shouldn’t run your business based off of the expenses. By this, it means that instead of lowering your expenses, just make more money. You can only lower your expenses to 0. Now, I do believe there are some expenses you can take away. For example, when buying real estate or business there are sometimes expenses attached to the business that were more for the owner than the business. We heard that a guy sold a lawn care biz and he expensed his whole kitchen remodel to the business.

Some people actually didn’t like the conference. I feel like your experience is based on how open minded you are. We went there not knowing what to expect, but we did keep an open mind throughout the conference. We networked with lots of people, got inspired, and also got some really great ideas. Almost every speaker that went on stage had a sales pitch for their products/services, which is what some people really didn’t like. But a sales pitch doesn’t mean you have to buy. There was still tons of content given, even before the sales pitches.

Overall, our experience from the conference was to DO MORE BRANDING. Grant Cardone showcased this a lot. If you follow him, he has a Rolls Royce covered in “10X”, and all he wears is “10X” branded clothing. That says something… He also raised 15Mil in 90 MINUTES for his real estate fund, that’s insane. The more people see you, the more they trust you, then they’ll invest with you. So, go work on your personal brand!!!

P.S. If you’re a service member (military, police, fire, etc) you get to go to the conference for free :) and your partner can be added on as an extra for just $100.

Best wishes,

Jas
