Lakehouse Rental Company - Travis Senenfelder

Minnesota is known as the land of 10,000 lakes for a reason, there are lakes everywhere! Now some may be interested in big city life, while others are looking for a more suburban setting, and others want to be out in the country side with acres to spare. Well believe it or not there are lakes scattered all throughout the Twin Cities area. In the big cities, the suburbs and the country side. So no matter what your preference is there is a lakehouse waiting for you in that setting,Lake Calhoun 4 300x201 and we are here to help you find it. We are Buy Sell Lease Real Estate and Rental Management. BSL Real Estate and Rental Management is owned and operated by real estate agent Travis Senenfelder and located in the western suburb of Wayzata, Minnesota. Learn a little more about us by heading to our website and seeing all that we have to offer, www.buysellleasemn.com.

Now there are two different things to discuss here, lakehomes, and rentals. First let's discuss lakehomes and what they have to offer to you. In Minnesota if you are looking for a lakehome you are definitely not limited in your choices. There are hundreds scattered throughout the entire Twin Cities area. With multiple lakes landing withing almost every suburb, you have the power of choice and preference in this matter. Maybe you are looking to be closer to the downtown Minneapolis area, or maybe off to the west in Plymouth or Wayzata. Lakehomes offer a lot of activities to be done right in your backyard. Many lakehomes have their own private boat docks making it easy to spend a day on the lake going tubing or water skiing. Also in the winter, many lakes freeze thick enough for some classic ice fishing. So depending on your own personal preference you can soon be finding your next lakehouse.

The next topic is rentals. Rentals in the Twin Cities are also scattered everywhere, so location will probably be one of your least worries. Rentals offer a sense of security but also a sense of liquidity. You are only obligated to stay there till the lease is up. Whereas sometimes when you purchase a home it becomes hard to move away from that house due to the high expenses. Rentals also offer a reassurance as there is a landlord involved in the equation. One of the only downsides to a rental is that you are not in control of the property. Many changes to the home and upgrades need to be approved by the landlord before they can take action.

So in the end if you are looking for a lakehome rental then you are going to need an experienced realtor by your side to show you the ropes. Travis Senenfelder of Buy Sell Lease Real Estate and Rental Management is looking to be that realtor for you. He will take you step by step through the process and ensure that you are in full knowledge of what is going on and what you are committing to. So take this chance to get in touch with him. Travis can be reached by either email at [email protected] or by phone at 651-216-9466.
