Oil based vs water based Polyurethane: which is better?

Lately, I've been getting a lot of questions from my customers asking which is better - oil based polyurethane or water based?

I usually recommend the use of oil based polyurethane for the following reasons:
1.  Oil based looks better
2.  Oil based lasts longer
3.  Oil based costs less
