Now Its Time To Interview A Few Team Members

I would start by contacting a few lawyers in your local area to run by them your plans of investing and also to let them draw up some good contracts or at least review some that you may already have, you may also need them in case you have to evict a tenant but hopefully you won't have to do this.
The next contact I would make would be a good accountant, you will need them for any upcoming tax questions you may have when your are trying to keep as much of your profit as possible, and also for any upcoming changes in the tax code, I spent years skimping in this area and I'm pretty sure it has cost me a lot of money.
your next contact should be to interview a few contractors and tell them your plans with buying a mobile home to see if they are willing to give estimates for repairs if needed, if they are willing to work with you ask them to give you copies of their insurance and licenses needed to work in your area.
Now would also be a good time to either learn how to post ads to your local social media groups or interview someone to hire to do it for you, if you are going to hire someone a good place to start would be upward or fiver.
Last thing I would do in this area would be to get out in your local area and join a local Realestate club.
