What to do after tenant/buyer leaves????????????????

You will most likely need to get your contractors over to the home to clean it out to get home ready to sell or rent again by changing the locks and repairing any damage that was done to the home while they were living in it. Have your contractors check everything in the home from all the electric to heat/ac to make sure everything is in good working order if not then get it repaired immediately. If the home has a lot of damage don't take it personally just get the rehab process going so it does not sit to long so you can get the home back on the market for next tenant.
When you are screening for your next tenant keep in mind that the park needs to qualify them in order to stay in the good graces with the park, we are currently trying to purchase a home that had a tenant in it that the park told them they had a short time to sell home or move it due to abusive/destructive tenant, careful screening will hopefully eliminate these issues in the future. Remember an empty home is better than a home with a bad tenant.
