Thank you NetFlix! More "former" Residents are having USPS Forward their Mail

One of the HARDEST parts of property management is finding EX-residents who may owe money. While many who expect their security deposit back may provide their landlord with their forwarding address, some who have done damage, are being evicted OR who want to just "disappear" may just leave properties without providing a forwarding address to their landlords.

Enter Netflix * because the delivery of dvds is on an automatic rotation, many residents who do not want to MISS the arrival of their Netflix pics, are putting in a forwarding address with the USPS.

For 50-cents, the USPS will provide the forwarding address of residents.....and thanks to NetFlix, these are more effective than in the past!
