Real Estate Experiences from a novice and starting real estate investor. I am just sharing what I have learned so far. The information which is there in this might be a very basic one but I want to just journal my journey from start to the end.

Know The Numbers: Financial is the founding stone of the REI, if a single number is not in place then the whole deal could be turned into a night mare

Scout Out A Location: Location is the vital part and mostly depends on the individual strategy and vision  

Adopt A Business-Owner Mindset: REI is not a passive income source it is full-time work with a lot of felxibility  

Get A Mentor: Coaching is always good for anything new. 

Start Building Relationships: Networking is the key to the success of full deals 

Create Rock-Solid Systems: It is the backbone of any real estate investor who wants to grow.

Remember: Cash Flow Is King: Now comes the final part for which we do all of these. Money is honey after all !!!!!!
