We hand write both the letter and envelope, Chris. While there are programs to simulate handwriting, we find that the human hand is most effective. Odd sized envelopes tend to work best.

Jim - Do you guys hand write the letters or use a program to merge the letter with a list and have it personalized? Also, how do you get the open rate you are looking for - is it the size of the letter or are the envelopes handwritten as well? Chris
