Investors are buying up the Worcester Condo Market

Most of the market in Worcester is moderating but the condo market has a mind of its own.

I have been working with Condo investors who were simply looking to park money and try to get some appreciation

We offered full price with no inspections on 6 condos to get 1.

There are very few condos in Worcester for a City of this size, and in many ways they are easier to rent then a floor of a 3 decker as most come with parking, and are newer than your typical 3 decker.

People need a place to live and a place to rent, and condos are a great rental opportunity.

One of the problems here is that investors are picking up these condos, so buying a condo as your first place as a step into home ownership may be going away
