Like a bad dye job the truth is in the roots

It is the BONES/ROOTS of the house that matter

There are so many people out there looking for an INSTAGRAM ready house/apartment.

Do not be fooled.

The proof is in the roots/bones of the house.

If you don't have a good foundation you are in trouble.

Keep these prices in mind when evaluating a house.  That is why it is important to have a good agent that specializes in MULTIS who knows their stuff.

Typical prices:

Roof $20k

Siding $30k

Windows $500 each

Exterior doors $1k each

Heating systems $10k each

Electrical panels, $2500 each, electrical wiring could be $20k if you have knob and tube issues

Kitchens $10-15k

Bathrooms $10k EACH

Cheap things:

Paint, flooring, countertops, new toilets

don't be fooled by the bad dye job.
