Kingwood High School Swimming and Diving Teams Headed to State Tournament
The Kingwood Swimming and Diving Teams celebrate after winning the Region IV-5A Championships at the Conroe ISD Natatorium on Feb. 5.
Congratulations to the Kingwood Mustangs boys and girls swimming and diving teams for sweeping the 5A Region IV swimming finals at the Conroe ISD Natatorium.
The Mustang boys took first with 288 points over the Woodlands Highlanders with 280 points. The win was retrubution for the Mustang boys who had narrowly lost the District 14-5A title to the Highlanders the weekend before. The Mustang girls were also crowned reginal champions with 367.5 points followed by The Woodlands with 328.5.

The State Championships take place in on February 18-19. We wish our Kingwood athletes the best of luck!
