Yelba’s Variety Band Returns to Keller Williams Concert

The agents at Keller Williams Realty Northeast will bring back Yelba’s Variety Band to perform at the free Keller Williams Concert Series at Kings Harbor on Friday, April 15 from 7-10 p.m. “Yelba had such a great response when she performed at our concert last October that we decided to bring her back this season,” said Roland Duhon, Keller Williams Northeast Marketing Committee chairman.

The agents at Keller Williams Realty Northeast will present Latin musical artist Yelba Heaton (center) at a free concert at Kings Harbor on April 15 from 7-10 p.m. She will be accompanied by Yelba’s Variety Band including Roy Heaton (left) and Jerry Sanchez.

Yelba Heaton is a Latin music vocalist and guitar player who can sing a beautiful Spanish ballad, a romantic jazz set or a fun disco tune with equal energy and charisma. Yelba’s Variety Band was nominated “Best Latin Band Traditional” by the Houston Press Music Awards 2010. The band has a varied repertoire, including Top 40, Rock, R & B, and Jazz in addition to Latin music.

Thomas Markle Jewelers is the concert’s Band Sponsor and will provide tips for spring cleaning jewelry. The featured charity, the Lake Houston Family YMCA, will sell food to-go items for the Kings Harbor restaurants starting at 6:30 p.m.     A portion of  the sales will benefit the YMCA Partners Campaign.

Lawn chairs are welcome. Glass containers are not permitted. Kings Harbor is located at 1660 West Lake Houston Pkwy., Kingwood. For more information, visit www.clickKWne.com  or www.kings-harbor.com
