Stop Learning and Start Doing…

Fear is the enemy.

Bring able to deal with the fear of the unknown is the number 1 thing that separates people that become successful (especially in real estate investing) and those who just keep “learning.”

Look, Bigger Pockets is a great resource to learn and equip yourself with the knowledge you think you need before you start BUT….

1. That plan will change after you start.

2. You still have to start for the knowledge to be useful.

The very best thing about out the Bigger Pockets community is that you can get in the forums and chat with people about a real problem you have DURING your investing career.

The best learning comes from the need for a solution, not the need for a theory.

Getting in the Game will allow you to direct your learning toward a specific purpose, increasing your chances for success in your investing career and saving your time.

The Lord will direct your steps, not your sit…

As you move forward in a specific direction, you will find your way. You cannot find your way, grow your portfolio, or find more opportunity sitting at home reading blog posts about the BRRRR method.

The world is a terrible and wonderful place, bad things will happen. DO NOT BE AFRAID.

Get out there and GET IN THE GAME.

- Patrick Winn

Here’s a list of a couple resources if you struggle with this fear.

1. The Deep End Podcast: The Altar of Anxiety

2. Book: The Way to Win: Jeff Little
