I need to networked with a group of individuals. Investors real estate agents developers.
I have an idea what I want to do. I have a plan. I need help with finding properties in financing them.
I need someone who's willing to take a chance with me. I need a group of people to get to know me. To understand my honesty and in creative ways of thinking.
Please someone go out there grab me by my head how they make some honest money and I will help you.
Through investment commercial properties. Is there anybody out there willing to take a chance with me. I know they will not regret it in the long run.

I agree with Charles - you need to define the risk reward trade-off you're offering. And also what niche (commercial, residential, other) and what strategy (buy and hold, flip, wholesale, etc)

I agree that being more specific may help you find the connections you are looking for. Perhaps you can share a little of your plans. I have found also that it is better to market based on the benefits you can provide in a partnership rather than to market on hopes or weaknesses. Perhaps you can share a little of what you mean by creative approaches. You probably could find an interesting and creative way to find partners and create a win-win situation.
