Gas Prices for New Homes in Bothell, Lynnwood and Mill Creek

When gas prices start to get around $4 a gallon we start to see people's behaviors change. They don't take the SUV to run errands instead they use the more fuel efficient car and bundle their driving activities together.
In 2008 when gas prices soared to around $4 a gallon we saw a decrease in the distance home buyers would travel to look at new homes, choosing instead to stay closer to city centers.
The creation of interstate highways and freeways help encourage the growth of the suburbs, roads weren’t crowed and gas was cheap.  The oil embargos of the 1970s changed all of that; we saw fuel shortages and long lines at the pumps.
The new breed of homebuyers want to live in a community that has good restaurants, shopping, services, schools, and has good accessibility to major employment centers.
The Bothell, Lynnwood and Mill Creek area has a great blend of community connectivity, good schools and a large selection of new homes to choose from.
The new home communities in  Lynnwood and Mill Creek are strategically located close to major freeways and job centers.
Listed below are a few of the best priced gas outlets in the area.
