Ashton Kutcher's real estate investing advice
You heard Ashton
Kutcher's little speech about the value
of having a job and working hard at it?
In case you missed it, here's what he said:
"I believe that opportunity looks a lot like hard work. I've
never had a job in my life that I was better than. I was
always just lucky to have a job. And every job I had was
a stepping stone to my next job, and I never quit my job
until I had my next job. And so opportunities look a lot
like work."
Shocking to hear someone in Hollywood say that, isn't it?
Methinks he could have been talking about real estate
investing as well.
Why?
Because that takes hard work too.
Everyone wants to believe that it's all just "push-button"
profits or automatic money magnets or robotic riches.
But all that's just a pipe-dream.
The fact is that it takes focused work and effort.
Yes, plenty of people want you to believe that it's easy so
they can sell you their product or software.
But that doesn't make it true.
And just because one person occasionally lucks out and
does it with no work or effort doesn't mean that it is
always that easy.
Even a broken clock is right twice a day, no?
The fact is that even if a deal happens fast and smooth,
it still took a lot of work, effort, and dedication to get to the
point that you can do a deal fast and smoothly.
That's the part people miss.
You can't skip the education.
You can't skip the effort.
You can't skip the work.
Not if you want to have a quality sustainable business that
provides for you and your family over the long-run.
So, if you're not afraid of some hard work, and you want
to navigate the stepping stones to success, get started
