I don't believe Tom's crap

That's exactly what I
said when I first met my now husband Tom Zeeb.

When I met him in 2002 he was just starting his Real Estate business. And I knew he was just starting because he never took me out for dinner, it was
always just drinks.

And he was always happy when I suggested a movie night at home.

He was broke, but he was determined to succeed.

I could feel his energy and enthusiasm.

But I was very skeptical of his real estate strategies.

He told me he was making money in real estate without credit, money or a real
estate license.

At that time, all I knew about real estate is that you needed to be a real
estate agent to buy and sell property and that you needed a lot of money to
purchase properties.

So when he told me about this strategy called "Wholesaling", I really
thought he was doing some sort of scam.

But I needed to see for myself what it is that he was doing.

So he took me to see a property in Dumfries, VA. He rang the doorbell and the
owner of the property opened the door.

We sat down and they talked for about an hour. Then Tom asked him to read his
contract in its entirely. He did and then they both signed.

The seller was so happy and gave him a big hug!

About two weeks later, Tom took me to a settlement company to watch him close
the deal.

So here we were, the seller, the buyer, the settlement attorney, Tom and I.

In about one hour, they passed a few papers here and there, signed several
documents and everyone left with a big smile.

The seller was so happy to have sold the property so quickly and left with a
big check in his hands.

The buyer was so happy to own a property that he was going to fix up and then
sell for a profit.

Tom walked out of there with a $22,000 check in his hands and I walked out with
a scar on my chin after it dropped to the floor.

I could not believe it. I had witnessed and saw with my own eyes how the entire
process of Wholesaling took place.

I had also verified that Tom did not use his credit or his money.

It was real, this real estate thing was real!

After that, I saw him do a dozen deals.

This made me determined to do deals on my own so I translated all his marketing
materials into Spanish.

A month later, I was closing my first deal at the same settlement company and
left the office with the same smiles and a $30,000 check in my hands.

Incredible!

That proved to me that this was a system.

A technique that could be applied over and over again and that anyone could do.

(Even me, an immigrant with no real estate experience, no money, no credit, and
English as my second language.)

So if I can do it, you can too.

You just need to learn how.

We'll teach you.
