Bowie Maryland Home Snowed Out - Trying to Sell Fast

We have been rehabbing this house in Bowie Maryland for the last 90 days. Pictures of the property can be found on http://housebuyingnetwork.info/cash

We are coming down to the last few weeks and are hit by a big snow storm in Maryland.

We buy and sell homes in Maryland but can't sell this home on our schedule opening house which is January 28th because dc maryland & virginia just got hit with 8 inches of snow. Schools where close today and the government was shut down.

The kitchen cabinets haven't been delivered by manufacturer which was scheduled to leave the warehouse last Friday and arrive Monday which makes them already a week or so late. 99% of the house is ready and we have started to let a few select buyers in MD who have been per-approved take a sneak peek at the property.

I really hate snow because it stops everything, So when the cabinets come in we can finish up this home. The snow hinders us from doing landscaping and other outside task we need to finish, such as the back fence. It's going to be kind of hard trying to put a fence into a frozen ground.

This is just part of the business when rehabbing houses during the winter time you can't control mother nature. Text 301-660-3289 to receive finished pictures of this project.
