Only 4,617 homes available on the MLS in Las Vegas and Henderson

This includes SFR, condos, and townhomes in the greater Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas areas. That is almost 1/3 of the number of homes that were available for sale this time last year. The bottom is here and prices will be going up soon in my opinion.
