Private Money Lenders Make Equity Loans to R.E. Investors

For those who purchased properties in recent years with equity and are now seeking to cash out, equity loans will allow real estate investors to get some of their cash back out to reinvest in other properties. Private money lenders, and not banks, can provide cash out refinances on these investment properties. Another example of how to use equity loans is if you buy properties at auction. If you bought a property at an auction and paid all cash, we are able to cash out up to 75% of what you paid for a property at the auction in the form of an equity loan.

But what about borrowers with bad credit, bankruptcy, or foreclosure in their recent pasts? Most hard money lenders are not concerned about a borrower's credit but more interested in the property value and condition. If you are seeking equity loans, be prepared to answer some questions about the property such as:

1. When did you purchase the property?

2. How much did you pay?

3. How much repairs/improvements into the property to date?

4. What is the current debt that is owed on the property?
