Soma Grand: Heaven’s Dog and 80% Sold Out…

Heaven’s Dog, the popular new dining destination of San Francisco celebrity chef Charles Phan, located on the lobby level of Soma Grand, recently announced a special lunch promotion featuring five delicious lunches, all for $7. Located just steps away from the Federal Building and minutes from the Civic Center, Heaven’s Dog is the perfect place to steal away when your hankering for a delicious lunch in a hip setting. And now, you can have that lunch for as little as you would pay for a sandwich at the local deli.

The promotion, targeting local workers and Soma Grand residents, is also available along with the regular menu for fast and easy take-out.

In other news, the sales team at Soma Grand announced that they passed the 80% sold mark last week, which means the building is down to its near-final release of homes and some floorplans are no longer available.

“A resurged interest among buyers is palpable,” stated sales associate Edie Narrido.  Citing the great interest rates, stabilization of the economy, and unique buying opportunities that exist, Narrido concluded that the building is on-schedule to close out by the end of this year—a point in time at which much of the new home inventory in San Francisco is anticipated to be limited for several years to come.

“Savvy buyers know that this is the time to buy at prices that are lower than the cost to build will be in the future and luckily for us, they are acting on that knowledge,” concluded Narrido.
