VEGAS VALLEY PRICES SOAR

August Vegas Valley home values increased 2.8% over July and that 30% over August 2012. North Las Vegas was the specific area winner with a 37% increase over 2012 pricespushing median price to $137,500. Zilllow is expecting values to increase 11.3% by August 2014. The Sun Article is here

Home Builders are seeing the highest selling month for the 2013 year. In August they sold 763 homes and are at a total for the year of 5027.
