Buying a Home in Lake Havasu City Can be a Financial Blessing

2039

Buying a home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona can be a financial blessing.  The city was recently recognized for their excellence in final reporting with a Certificate of Achievement.  Therefore, because of their excellent financial reporting, you can feel sure that the community you are buying in is a strong and stable one.

The Government Finance Officers Association gave the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to Lake Havasu City's financial officers.  This is the highest form of recognition a city can achieve for governmental accounting and financial reporting.  Earning this certificate of achievement signifies they have accomplished great financial projections and have monitored their finances remarkably.

Earning this certificate is even more of an honor as it has been judged by an impartial panel to ensure it meets the highest standards that are required by the program.  Standards that are required include demonstrating a constructive spirit of full disclosure to communicate the financial story and to motivate potential users along with user groups to read the Certificate Award of Financial Reporting.

There are approximately 17,000 government finance professionals who are being monitored by the nonprofit professional association Government Finance Offers Association, also known as GFOA.

To earn this recognition out of 17,000+ others is a true honor for the community of Lake Havasu City and those who trust in its financial reporting officers to maintain a strong stable economy.
