Location: Miami Beach Oceanfront, Miami Beach Waterfront, and Not Waterfront

Collins Avenue is a long street that winds up the east side of Miami Beach. It’s a famous street in Miami Beach and neighborhood along Collins Avenue is wonderful, unique and at times can be quite and boisterous. It is a very pedestrian friendly street and is parallel to the ocean. At different stretches of Collins, buildings can be found on the east and west side of the street and some have water access other than the direct ocean. Properties found on Collins Avenue often have easy access to South Beach, North Beach, Bal Harbour and other main thoroughfares. You will have easy access to Brickell, Downtown Miami, the Miami Airport and other areas of the city.

It is important to note that there are a few pre-construction projects located on Collins Avenue, for example, 1 Hotel & Homes and Faena House. These properties although mostly sold out are under contract and have not yet been formally recorded. Once those numbers start coming in, I would expect a huge change (upwards) in regards to pricing.
