A Funny Valentine You Must See

For those of you who celebrate Valentine's Day around the globe, today's post is on the lighter side and for your enjoyment. It continues to surprise me (although it shouldn't at this point) how frequently I am asked about my family by so many of my new and growing number of international friends. And, for this, I thank you all. My family truly is a wonderful blessing.

So, I now have three little ones and all three had to go to the doctor today for a check up. Unfortunately, they all had to get shots, which is never fun. Although my son, Pierson, eventually built his courage up when he learned that he needed several shots, he shed a few tears in advance. And, I couldn't resist sharing this photo with you.

...If you look closely, you will see that his tears created a heart shape right on the side of his mouth. Even with this sad face, I'm hoping that his picture might add a bit of brightness to your day! (By the way, don't tell my wife that I posted this picture...She wouldn't be happy that I posted it without having brushed his hair after taking his hat off...Sorry Dana!)
