This quad-level house is located in one of the better neighborhoods in Hammond, Indiana. Although many of the homes in the surrounding area are 40 or more years old, there are also some newer homes around the corner from this one. This certainly helped the ARV (after repair value). This house has three bedrooms upstairs and an additional bedroom in the lower level. We left the layout alone upstairs with three bedrooms and one bathroom, but we changed the shower in the downstairs bathroom (off the family room) to custom glass shower walls with custom tile. We went with a warm color scheme.

This house was only on the market for five days, and we had a full-price offer!
