The power of a smartphone mobile app may surprise many….but not us! So recently, we were encouraged when one of our San Antonio REI Academy attendees, Evans Stacker, approached us with his personal testimony.

Evans is a young, up and coming real estate agent who has been thriving in the San Antonio market for about six years. Recently, Andrew was approached by Evans, who relayed his personal story to us. Evans has been following us via social media and had downloaded our mobile application. Before Evans had ever met us or attended our events, he followed our weekly website postings. Evans loved the fact that the mobile app was free of charge, yet was chocked-full of real estate-related information.

He walked right into Home Depot, showed them the SKU’s, and within moments, had all of the necessary materials to enhance his project. This was Evans first flip. Using all of the SKU’s and colors from one of our rehab, Evans house was on the market and immediately, was under contract. The information was free and will equate to higher profits and a quality end-result.
