NPN Case Study: Foreclosure 66% ROI in 4 Months

This is a case study we did on a Non-Performing Note in Columbus, OH that we joint ventured with a hard money lender. The overall deal made 22% in less than 4 months, though we made a 66% return on our investment.

The lender charges a lot of fees to borrow the money like surveys and such, which we really do not want to pay, and would prefer to work with a private lender to borrow the money with interest and points. Had we used a private lender, the return would have been 33% on the deal.

Contact us with any questions. We love these low valued assets because there is good money to be made, as long as you don't pay too much for the note.
