We want to dispel the myths out there that having a license is a drawback. This is a MUST if you believe that having your license means:
- You can't wholesale -- Myth (In fact, sometimes it Helps!)
- You have to show seller's comps -- Myth
- You can't assign mortgages -- Myth (Again, sometimes easier)
- You can't take property Sub2 -- Myth! I do it all the time!
