Our Houston Luncheon -- Should you be licensed?

Please join myself and my wife, Angie (our broker), for a free luncheon this Wednesday, the 19th!

We will be discussing the benefits to having your license and how being an investor-agent, rather than just an investor, will give you a competitive edge.

No sales, just a FREE lunch!  

We want to dispel the myths out there that having a license is a drawback.  This is a MUST if you believe that having your license means:

  • You can't wholesale -- Myth (In fact, sometimes it Helps!)
  • You have to show seller's comps -- Myth
  • You can't assign mortgages -- Myth (Again, sometimes easier)
  • You can't take property Sub2 -- Myth!  I do it all the time!
