My Tip On Spartanburg SC Real Estate

I market for wholesale deals in Greenville SC and get leads from surrounding cities. Anderson and Spartanburg are on the outskirts of where I have buyers.

Taxes on Non Owner Occupants is 6%. That doesn't sound like much more than OO 4% but it makes a cash flowing deal more difficult to find. I stumble across a lot of sellers that owe 80-100% of the value of the home and want to sell.

I started wholesaling Subject to's. It is not my first choice but hey, its money. I have assigned 2 this week and should move a 3rd one today.

These are deals that would have been lease options but because of Dodd & Frank I don't want to get involved. This way I get marketing money back and pursue the house that rehabbers and landlords want
